Professional Architectural Engineer.In 2020 I transferred to the DXC Infrastructure Architecture Team, currently I work on two major public sector accounts. Working as a “Hands-on” Solution Architect on a variety of infrastructure projects • Defining requirements for solutions, recommending potential solutions and presenting to internal and external boards • Producing HLDs, LLDs, Disaster Recovery Plans and other design artifacts • Communicating with project stakeholders and Domain Architects to ensure that projects comply with customer standards and procedures. • Writing changes and representing at CAB • Providing support during build phase until BAU handover • Supporting engineers with documentation and workshops and providing SME assistance to BAU teams Achievements have included-Designing a VxRail 10 node environment across two Datacentres using SRM for DR- Designing a Vmware environment for a new MES/MOM solution replacing a legacy mainframe system. The solution involves SQL AOG and Vmware SRM- Dell Isilon/PowerScale deployment design, DR planning and file data migration from existing EMC VNX/ECS infrastructure. Migrating 400TB of user Data- Deployment of RDS servers into a new Data Centre with supporting infrastructure - Deployment of BigFix into a new Data Centre - Deployment of My1Login Cloud based authentication replacing legacy SSO
