If it ain\'t broke, don\'t fix it.\"Many people will use this as the inspiration for their life or even their work philosophy. I grew up wanting to do the exact opposite. As part of the first generation that was introduced to the personal home computer, I\'ve always explored my childhood curiosity, answering questions like \"what\'s inside?\" and \"how does it work?\"When I was in first grade, I was my teacher\'s go-to helper when she had trouble with the class computer.When I was in third grade, I figured out how to wire a telephone made out of cardboard. When I was in high school, I learned to take apart my 63 Chevy Nova\'s carburetor and put it back together again.Once I decided on a career in retail, I learned my passion was to dig into any process, learn how it works and make it better. I quickly learned that building teams and forming trusting relationships with your team is a step you cannot skip. My peers, my reports, my team is what accomplishes wins and the gathering of ideas (not just mine) makes the process of revolutionizing any task even stronger. I\'m not the smartest person out there. I\'m not the fastest person out there. But I know a smarter person, and I know a faster person, and I know together we are stronger as a team.
