I represent the amazing work being done across Corporate Tech, Partner Tech and Supple Chain Tech in support of our customers. This team includes Engineers, PMs, Designers and a LOT of coffee. With 20+ years of technology and GM experience across B2B and B2C. My focus is on providing the products, engineering and underlying infrastructure that help Starbucks partners deliver the best experience.Personally, I get energy creating disruptive and innovative solutions that directly impact the P&L and leading large teams. I leverage my expertise in ecommerce, logistics, and engineering to deliver business impact. I am proud to have launched many generally available products across amazing firms, working with amazing talent. I love my work. I also support early-stage tech startups focused on ecommerce or demand/supply, and serve as an Advisory Board Member. I have an MBA, a Lean Six Sigma BOK, and two US Patents.
