The Vice President, Business Transformation is accountable for driving business transformation across AltaLink’s operation and corporate functions through the effective use of technology, data and process improvement reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Working closely with the VP, Security and Information Systems (S & IS) and members of the Executive team, this role ieads the identification, design, development and implementation of the people, process, data and technology changes required to enable company-wide improvements to ensure stability and future-readiness of AltaLink’s business. By delivering the replacement of AltaLink’s current end-of-life Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems by 2030, this role will focus on ensuring organizational readiness through strategic planning, resource alignment, process development, data governance, and establishing sustainable practices that support long-term business needs.This role is also accountable to define and ensure the best in class and best fit management systems and compliance management processes and organization are in place to ensure AltaLink’s corporate operating activities are compliant with applicable legal obligations.
