   I\'ve driven improvements in the customer on-boarding experience for Office 365 by delivering software in the form of end-to-end onboarding experiences and automation in the Microsoft Admin Center. When Microsoft customers sign up for Office 365/Microsoft 365 services, tenant admins sometimes struggle with how to enable services, migrate data, install software, and secure devices. The experiences I own make this process easier, by surfacing for the tenant admin only the information and automation that they need for their particular scenario. The experiences are powered by back end telemetry, forking logic, and IP gathered from multiple sources. Tenant admins get the guidance they need to onboard, along with the ability to alter tenant state within the step-by-step guided experience. Since my team shipped these experiences, hundreds of thousands of Microsoft 365 customer organizations (with millions of end users) used the tools to ease their transition to the cloud, gaining customer value quicker and using more of what they purchased. Data shows that these customers are more likely to re-subscribe, driving up customer lifetime value for Microsoft at the same time as providing a valuable tool for customer tenant admins. I\'ve made this impact with my team of project managers, data analysts, programmers and content developers. I work cross-team to share on-boarding telemetry to drive improvements in Office 365 and increase active use so our customers can get a higher return on their IT investment.
