ABOUT MICHAEL RYAN

I have been responsible for the design and delivery of technical/digital strategies across a number of business sectors in UK-wide companies along with the management of IT services. These strategies have led to a large number of projects (infrastructure and development) and services being delivered on time and within budget whilst liaising at all levels, from end-users to business owners. Managing and developing teams to achieve these goals is something I enjoy and have had great success with.My recognised strengths include; technical strategy, consulting, leadership, project management, change management, analysis and design, systems integration/implementation, incident/problem management, proactive procedural implementation/definition, data analysis and budget management.Most recently I was focused on technological strategy for a company which grew rapidly through acquisition. This entailed work from due-diligence and data integration to the management of third parties and budgets in a rapidly changing and fast paced environment ensuring that the projects and services delivered matched the strategy and allowed business to operate as normal.
