This involved overseeing the planning, design, processing, filling, and packaging stages- Proficient in managing Extended Shelf-Life Milk Production Lines (ESL), UHT processing, gable top carton filling, conveyance, case packing, and robotic palletizer systems- Led the installation of a BIB Line (Bag in Box) for ESL ice cream mix, including planning, processing, filling, conveyance, and robotic palletizing- Completed the construction of an exterior truck wash, tanker wash, sampling bay, and lab facility for America\'s largest cheese production plant- Successfully executed the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of a dairy manufacturing plant.
