I am a higher education administrator, workforce training manager, and non-profit leader with 15+ years of experience developing and leading workforce education initiatives within the North Carolina Community College System, liberal arts colleges, and government agencies. I have taught undergraduate and graduate courses in management, leadership, ethics, career development, communication, human resources, and business. Prior to my career in higher education, I served in the United States Air Force as a Morse Systems Operator for the Signals Intelligence Squadron, supporting operations at the National Security Agency and the American-Japanese Joint Task Force. I hold an MBA in Business Administration, an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, along with numerous professional development certifications.
