   Audit and Assurance Principal in the Phoenix office. Through mergers and acquisition of 3 local firms we grew the office from 2 employees to a 50 plus employee enterprise in 1 and a half years. Growth activities included negotiating a sq. ft. office space lease, management of furnishings and equipment needs, staffing requirements, integration of multiple office clients, policies and procedures (ongoing), public relations, marketing, and other office wide operation matters. Currently provide support for the day to day activities of the Phoenix office, while serving as a member of the Board of Directors. Primary responsibilities include revenue and profit management, oversight and supervision of financial aspects of Phoenix office. Coordination of efforts of various departments and spearhead specific needs to gain operational efficiencies and integrate the policies, procedures and culture of the home office.
