In my life, I have realized that family is and always will be my number one priority. I have been very blessed to work for a company like CHG that has supported a healthy work/life balance. I started my career in science with the intent to move into the role of a practitioner. As I moved further along in my life and career, I found a home in the healthcare staffing field and a place where I thrived. Over the years, I uncovered a passion for coaching others. Coaching has given me the opportunity to teach, guide, and grow others in their successful sales careers. I am a strong believer that growth is imperative for personal satisfaction. If you are not experiencing growth in your life, you are typically feeling stagnant or moving backwards. With that being said; read books, learn skills, and push yourself out of your comfort zone. Life is too long to be unhappy and too short to be angry.
