My focus is on delivering high-performance, intuitive software that supports our unique culture—from facilitating radical transparency via 360 Feedback and Whitepages to streamlining artist selection for our studio through the Animation Connect platform.My approach is built on a foundation of over 15 years in high-stakes HR technology. Before joining Netflix, I led the strategic overhaul of the HRIS landscape at BNY, where I managed a $13M+ technology portfolio. There, I drove the consolidation of disparate systems into Oracle HCM, a transformation that significantly increased operational efficiency and fortified our talent management through integrated skills and mobility modules.Today, I combine that enterprise-scale strategic mindset with a product-driven engineering approach, ensuring our internal tools at Netflix are as innovative as the stories we tell.
