The reasoning for me joining LinkedIn is to expand personal and business relationships with the fields i am familiar with, such as Aerospace. As well to help grow within my career path and to seek employment with a company that can offer me to challenge my skills and talents and possibly grow within. I believe that my past employment as a Production Manager has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and grow as a person as well as a leader. I have also an extensive chemical processing background with such processes as; Alodine, Anodize, Cadmium, Chrome, Heat Treat, Passivation ect. Being apart of a management role has also allowed me to apply; budgets, projects, Preventive Maintenance programs, Health and Safety, Training and parts of HR.
