About Mike Winters
I am a law enforcement professional and have been a police officer since 1997, serving in a variety of roles throughout my career and retiring from the Lancaster City Bureau of Police in 2022. I am currently serving as the Deputy Chief County Detective for the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office and providing oversight and management of 19 sworn and non-sworn staff assigned to the County Detectives. I am blessed to lead an amazing team of individuals who have dedicated their lives to service. I look forward to connecting with other professionals in the law enforcement field.
