We work mainly for developers and clients who are bringing brownfield sites to the market. Mike has over 30 years experience in the contaminated land and geotechnical industry.We will review the available information available on a site and ensure that the optimum solution is being progressed. We can value engineer the design and provide diligence services on existing designs that may contain substantial financial risk. We can also provide preliminary advice on potential liabilities/costs associated with a project so the client can fully understand where value can be added, where the key risks are and where costs can be potentially saved.We can take the client through the process of remediation and groundworks as the Project Managers.We will provide a realistic, effective and practical approach, with the risks and costs quantifiable. We ensure that robust verification processes are built in ensuring a smooth transition in any future divestment or transaction process.
