I\'m a maintenance and reliability professional focused on providing services in a personal and professional manner. I have worked in a wide range of maintenance and reliability services throughout my 21 year career in the field. I work in industry 4.0 providing a wireless vibration monitoring solution. Expert at providing PDM(predictive maintenance) and CBM(condition base monitoring) technologies. I\'m a CMRP through the SMRP organization. I\'m also ISO Category in Vibration Analysis from Technical Associates with 20 years of experience, certified in Dynamic Field Balancing from Technical Associates with 18 years of experience, Level I UE from UE Systems with 18 years of experience, and Level II IR from Snell with several years of experience. I have many years using a holistic approach to predictive technologies as a complete CBM program. My experience has been both as a contracted service provider and an in house SME. I believe this experience makes me uniquely positioned to both understand CBM technology analysis as well as the decision making side of what do with the technology recommendations to add the most value to the organization.
