Areas of focus are client engagement, matchmaking, interpretation of requirements, and technical needs analysis. Provides consultative services and advice on programs in logistics, technologies, human resources, Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) and professional services. Provides expert opinion and facilitate assessment of potential F‐35A USAF beddown sites to assist SECAF decision for F‐35A installations in the U.S. and abroad. Ensures all selected USAF F‐35A beddown locations meet Facilities Requirements Document FRD minimum requirements in order to accept First Aircraft Arrival FAA as indicated in the production schedule and service beddown plan. Prepares, plans, coordinates and executes Site Evaluations, Site Surveys SS, Site Specific Activation Planning SSAP events, Site Activation Task Force SATAF events, Design Reviews DRs. Assists and supports preparation and execution of Site Readiness Reviews SRR Supporting the review of core LCD documents, travel requirements and contract submissions. Identifies, communicates and tracks respective action items. Synchronizes efforts of “Team JSF” Joint Program Office JPO + Lockheed Martin LM+Pratt & Whitney P&W experts to meet the needs of the JPO customers on time and on schedule. Prepares/reviews contract statements of work to ensure correct scope, scale, and timing. Reviews contractor Basis of Estimate BOEs to ensure correct amount of effort for Product Support Integrator PSI activities
