   I am a litigator and trial lawyer who defends corporations in high-stakes litigation across the United States. I have extensive experience representing product manufacturers in the highly regulated cigarette, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries, litigating cases from new matter intake through trial. In addition to my product liability experience, I have represented companies successfully in property disputes and insurance matters and plaintiffs pro bono in civil rights litigation. I have litigated hundreds of complex, multimillion-dollar product liability cases during my career. Currently, I spend much of my time representing Philip Morris USA in smoking-and-health lawsuits. As part of that work, I manage teams responsible for defending the company in cases in Hawaii and Florida. I also manage an active docket of cases brought by pro se plaintiffs against various clients throughout the country. I am admitted to practice in Missouri, Kansas, Florida, and Hawaii, and I am practicing law in the District of Columbia during the pendency of my application for admission to the D.C. Bar and under the supervision of lawyers in the firm who are members in good standing of the D.C. Bar.
