I have the privilege of being the Subject Matter Expert in Communications for the British Army\'s Royal Engineers. The role required me to gain skills and qualifications in Information Systems, marketing, videography, content creation, post edit techniques, multi-camera broadcasting and campaign planning and management. I was tasked to develop and establish the Royal Engineers\' Communications Hub in 2018. The hub now boasts a full digital eco-system, with a team of four people that provide organisational support and promote the messaging requirements of the Royal Engineers. All managed with tangible analytics and a vision for innovation, agility and progression.
