I lead North American marketing, pricing, and systems initiatives at Hammond Power Solutions (HPS), supporting transformer and power quality solutions across the U.S, Canada and LATAM. With more than three decades of experience in electrical manufacturing and distribution, I focus on aligning product strategy, pricing execution, and market positioning to drive sustainable growth.My role spans marketing leadership, pricing strategy, and commercial enablement across multiple divisions. I led the implementation of the PROS pricing software platform at HPS and am responsible for our configure‑price‑quote (CPQ) system, helping bring consistency, transparency, and data‑driven decision‑making to pricing across North America. I also lead pricing governance and strategy to balance competitiveness, margin performance, and channel needs.In 2025, I guided internal commercial readiness related to U.S. tariff changes, working cross‑functionally to ensure clear communication and alignment across sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations. That same year, I led a comprehensive update of Hammond Power Solutions’ Terms and Conditions to improve clarity, consistency, and risk management.
