ABOUT MIKE UCHRIN

Mike Uchrin is an accomplished senior healthcare executive, most recently having co-founded Monogram Health, a leading multispecialty provider of in-home, evidence-based care and benefit management services for the most complex of patients who have multiple chronic conditions. Under Mike’s leadership, Monogram Health was ranked by Inc. Magazine as 2024’s No. 3 fastest growing private company in the United States. To date, Monogram Health serves more than patients across 37 states and its impact is profound. Since inception, Monogram Health has seen a 44% reduction in hospital admissions and 52% fewer emergency room visits. Its partners have seen an 18 - 35% reduction in MLR/medical costs, and our star ratings are consistently above 4. Most importantly, the company continues to see massive increases in positive clinical outcomes for its patients across its national footprint. Previously, Mike led the growth of Health Choice, the managed care and insurance business unit of private equity sponsored IASIS Healthcare (recently acquired by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona) from a small Arizona Medicaid plan into a robust regional managed care organization operating 5 health plans and two accountable care networks. Under Mike’s leadership, Health Choice grew to more than distinct Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial members through its health plans, integrated delivery networks, and managed care solutions for self-insured employers. More specifically, Mike focused significantly on the development of physician-led clinically integrated networks whose primary care, specialists, and hospital affiliates lowered costs and improved quality outcomes for Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, and self-insured individuals through a comprehensive MSO platform that included extensive care management, quality, and member engagement services. Prior to becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer of Health Choice in 2012, Mike served as the Chief Operating Officer beginning in 2006, and as the Chief Information Officer in 2005.
