With over 25 years in the security industry I have taken on many roles and worked with many great teams and people. Currently I am working with an amazing team accomplishing high volume large bulk conversion projects with set timelines and budgets. The team I lead has made the impossible, possible. Coordinating over 5500 conversions in a 4.5 month time frame, developing and communicating scopes of work and driving field delivery. As my team continues to expand and bring on more projects, we continue to set a new, higher standard for ourselves and our customers.Efficiency is key and knowing current process\' has allowed me the ability to disect and redevelop new process flows.
