Mike has 25 years of experience providing effective services and solutions for local government agencies from both the public and private sector perspectives, including almost 20 years’ experience in local government executive management and leadership. His experience includes multimodal transportation programs management, capital improvements long-range planning, CIP alternative delivery procurement and contract management, bond programs development and implementation, local and regional transportation agency coordination, federal funding strategy development and executive leadership for local and regional mobility issues.In addition to his experience in transportation and capital improvement programs, Mike has several years of experience working with state and local government agencies as a management consultant, where he worked on and led projects for strategic planning, organizational and management studies, process mapping and performance audits, staffing and deployment analysis, integrated communications and marketing strategy, IT planning and implementation projects, and pay and classification studies.
