Provide first line support to Color Correction, ATMOS and Pro-Tools Audio Suites, Editing, Quality Control, Encoding Workstations and new services as they are added. Responsible for the smooth operation of Post-Production for the facility acting as front line support for troubleshooting and technical diagnoses. Develop and enforce security policies for data and personnel for studio, MPAA, CDSA, TPN qualifications. Work with existing audit in progress (Convergent Risk). Consult on workflow set-up and support including archiving, media storage, media delivery, file encoding and QC, etc. Install, troubleshoot and support various systems and applications in Color Correction, Audio, Edit and Encoding environments. Collaborate with Engineering and IT departments in New York to troubleshoot and resolve cross-facility issues related to established protocol. Implement system performance reporting metrics to optimize and improve facility utilization and infrastructure efficiency. Remain current on the latest technical trends and best practices as it relates to our customer’s on-set and production needs.
