Through my experience in Government and Private projects, I bring expertise and well-rounded understanding of the project life cycle from project capture, proposal, setup, financial & change management, operations to project closeout. With my expertise in small business, I have been instrumental in the capture, leading major cost proposals, estimating, negotiations, change management & execution of over $290M in awards over the last seven years in Government single source negotiated procurements as well as competitive procurements for Apogee. While also leading the development, negotiation and management of a yearly multimillion dollar Program Management Office that has managed over 62 separate tasks and management of multiple various departments.
