In 2007, I joined The Tiehen Group, as a part-time property manager, managing homes associations and apartments buildings, while still operating as owner/operator of Tiehen Realty, Inc. Currently I am responsible for managing 13 properties for The Tiehen Group, while also holding significant management roles with LeasingKC and Tiehen Realty. The Tiehen Group is a professional management and brokerage company located in Leawood, Kansas that specializes in the management of office buildings, homes associations and apartments throughout the greater Kansas City area. The company oversees more than 100 properties, consisting of more than 1,500 apartment units, 50 homeowner/condominium associations (comprised collectively of units and square feet of office buildings). The Tiehen Group’s philosophy is to manage each property as if it was their own.
