MY CAREER TARGETSFor over 20 years I have added value in the insurance industry with a focus on operations within claims and underwriting. The solutions I deliver are powered by well built teams that solve complex problems with data, improved processes and technology. My insurance product knowledge coupled with process improvement expertise will allow me to quickly build relationships, and help organizations grow. HOW I BUILD SUCCESS My experience has shown that strong, well-organized teams are best at solving complex problems. I set clear expectations for teams and pull on their expertise and knowledge to drive thoughtful recommendations and decisions. To achieve success, my role is to support the team, remove roadblocks, and assist with the framing of the recommendation. WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT ME? Of my 20+ years in Insurance, about 15 of them have been in leadership. This experience has allowed me numerous opportunities to demonstrate the power of building dynamic teams that deliver on results. I utilize a foundation of trust to create an environment that not only achieves results, but where individuals grow and enjoy their work. TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS I USE As a subject matter expert, I utilize methodologies ( ex: LEAN, Six Sigma, RAPID) to accelerate process improvement, increase quality assurance and enhance the client experience.
