An automotive professional with experience as a Service Advisor and Technician. With experience working with all departments of the automotive dealership environment, I strive for improved sales in both the Service Department and Sales Department, while delivering a luxury retail experience. I have always made it my commitment to change the general perception of the retail automotive experience by providing exemplary customer service and working with team members that share my goal and deliver a consistent, professional experience at each customer interaction.
