I lead a team that developed a new Patent Pending extraction process that increased Yield by 50% and total output volume by 10x. On the beverage side of the business our improvement team has been able to increase OEE by 10% points in 2 months.As a Regional Director of Alcoa I was able to lead the Visalia operation to be recognized as a top five plant in employee engagement among the Global Alcoa organization of over 400 plants.I have over 20 years of operational experience and 16 years in Management.
