ABOUT MIKE SMITH

I am passionate about IT and I have over fifteen years of experience in IT Support- it is not only my career but also my hobby at home. Having transferrable skills has allowed me to work for a mixture of small and large companies and the public. I have a diverse background in IT and enjoy learning new skills (I passed all my CompTIA courses in two weeks using my own knowledge and a little research) I thrive when I am solving IT problems and being multi-skilled allows me to have a creative approach to solutions. I have over four years of experience in contracting and using my IT skills in fast-paced jobs that expect quick delivery.
