Writing logic and installing interfaces to create handshakes between the equipment and I.T. Systems. Management of automation and the robotic projects at the plant level. Work closely with production, maintenance and engineering to establish optimized performance of all equipment. Determine correct controls for all Poke Yokes (Vision Systems, Automatic Barcode Readers, RFID, PLC’s, and Robotics). Assist maintenance with troubleshooting automated – electrical/software issues. Conduct training for production personnel on MES and new automated systems.
