Sr Facilities Maintenance Manager responsible for Maintenance, Safety, Security, and Sanitation for 4 million sqft of buildings in 5 locations around the DFW area. • Manage Maintenance as well Safety, Sanitation, and Security.• Implementation of equipment modifications as well as preventative and corrective maintenance.• Review the operation of equipment with appropriate personnel to identify issues in the areas of Safety, Quality, Sanitation and Customer Satisfaction.• Ensure equipment is reliable and proactive maintenance is being performed at all sites.• Review Key Performance Indicators KPI’s (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) to make recommendations for operations, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and problem resolution.• Prepare and coordinate maintenance, sanitation, safety, and security resources and provide recommendations for capital projects and continuous improvement projects.• Asses current maintenance work processes to optimize efficiency.• Insure all Safety and Security policies are followed daily.• Tracks, analyses and improves maintenance, safety, and sanitation KPI’s for continuous improvements.• Monitor and review all budgets on a monthly basis; prepare and implement annual budget for fiscal year.• Uses data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future issues.• Create and implement measure to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all machinery, tools equipment, etc.• Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for repairing necessary equipment and building issues.• Manage repairs and PM’s completed by outside companies• Recruitment of maintenance, sanitation and safety personnel.• Ensure all employees are properly trained in all aspects of their jobs; identifies training gaps and develops training plans as needed.• Performs evaluations of employees to ensure quality and quantity of work.
