As an independent contractor with Scale AI, I have worked in collaboration with companies such as OpenAI to train and evaluate LLMs in a consumer-facing context. My work involved the application of LLM theory to real-world AI builds, which helped various companies test and improve their own AI models. The most valuable experience I had was working on ChatGPT and Dall-E to address and correct performance issues while helping optimize performance according to a set of LLM-based metrics. During this role, I worked with models such as GPT 3.5 and GPT 4, as well as OpenAI\'s Bing search feature and Dall-E text-to-image generator, to guide model outputs while identifying errors.
