I have extensive experience providing tax advice to private equity backed businesses. I love sitting alongside management ensuring they maximise their return. I ensure that the group manages its tax affairs robustly and management minimise personal tax costs.I advise all sizes of private equity backed businesses, albeit typically the largest. I develop tax strategy with management and drive tax value through transfer pricing, financing and optimising local tax incentives, as well as ensuring appropriate tax governance and controls are in place to protect value. I then support management through exit to ensure this value is demonstrated and defended.I have significant experience of helping PE backed businesses through exit, including taking several PE backed businesses to IPOs, various refinancing, restructuring and traditional sales.
