With over 37 years of experience in the magnetic technology industry, I’ve built a career advancing magnetic solutions across semiconductor, medical, aerospace & defense, and industrial markets. I currently serve as Sr. Applications Support Leader within Permag\'s Corporate Sales and Marketing Team, contributing strategic insights and mentoring across Dexter Magnetic Technologies, Magnetic Component Engineering, and Electron Energy Corporation.I began my journey in 1988 at Permag Corp as an Application Engineer, growing through roles in sales, regional management, new business development, and strategic market leadership. I have helped shape our approach to customer engagement, solution development, and global market expansion — including forming a commercial team in Europe and building our rep network in Asia.In my current part-time, hybrid role, I focus on-Mentoring and training the next generation of sales and application engineers across Permag-Supporting field sales in complex technical discussions, positioning, and strategic account development-Driving growth initiatives in semiconductor, data storage, medical, and defense markets-Transferring knowledge across teams to ensure continuity, quality, and application excellenceHighlighted Successes-Established new business relationships that have evolved into several of Dexter’s largest customers-Led initiatives to capture share in emerging semiconductor markets (etch, lithography, deposition, ion implant)-Supported integration efforts of MCE and EEC under the Permag brand-Spearheaded market development strategies that opened new applications in implantable medical devices, vacuum robotics, and plasma control systemsI bring a mix of deep technical knowledge, commercial experience, and passion for mentorship.
