The biggest obstacle that I\'ve seen stop entrepreneurs from hitting their goals is MINDSET. The only thing I’ve been doing longer than building and running companies is personal development. Since I was 17 years old, I have been dead-set on this: I will NOT be the person who gets in my way. I’ve helped hundreds of entrepreneurs get out of their own way, and I want to help you too. The greatest learning laboratory on earth is at the feet of someone who has done what you are trying to do. There are only 2 ways to learn stuff in life: your experience or someone else’s. Starting, running, or scaling a business can provide an ENORMOUS amount of pride. You’ve crafted your vision, put in the work and endless hours, and embarked on your dream. However, as Mike Tyson so eloquently put it– “everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth\". Once the ink dries on your business plan, it is obsolete, and therefore, you must always run two companies: 1) TODAY company and 2) THREE YEARS FROM NOW company. Making a strategic action plan, finding investors, managing cash flow, hiring the right team, and building a brand are just a few of the challenges on your plate. You’ll need resources and concrete strategies to create a business map that will stand the test of time.
