My current position is the Hospital Director at Spire Regency Hospital in Macclesfield. I have worked for Spire Healthcare for the last nine and a half years and during that time I have held the positions of Director of Clinical Services (DoCS) at Spire Fylde Coast Hospital and Spire Claremont Hospital, leading both sites through successful CQC inspections. During this time my focus was on fostering a collaborative, patient-centered culture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while aligning with the organization\'s strategic objectives. I have led clinical operational efficiency, and commercial projects, whilst focusing on outstanding patient care, and have instilled a culture of continuous improvement across multidisciplinary teams. Currently, I am leading on a national project to improve reduce theatre utilisation across the Spire group. During a six-month tenure as Interim Hospital Director at Spire Fylde Coast Hospital in 2024, I reinforced strategic growth, operational management, and sustainable healthcare excellence, by leveraging my expertise in healthcare management, patient safety, and acute care. My focus has been dedicated to empowering teams and enhancing care models to address challenges and achieve measurable outcomes in dynamic healthcare settings.
