I am responsible for our claims teams and service to clients across UK & Ireland in relation to core service, advocacy, preparation and consulting. I lead an extensive team of talented individuals who tailor solutions for clients no matter what the claims issue they face. The team work on a variety of disciplines from assisting clients on coverage disputes, project managing and preparing large losses, helping clients reduce the total cost of their attritional losses and optimising process and procedures across national and global insurance programmes.
