About Mike Roznowski
I lead and support a team of 200+ employees throughout the Great Lakes Region. The people I manage are awesome, and I do my utmost best to support them and get out of their way. We specialize in providing a wide range of environmental services to clients across the U.S. In my role I\'m responsible for overall team operations, helping ensure the effective delivery of professional services, attracting and retain key leaders and staff, and plan and drive overall team financial performance. I also help coordinate our team’s operations with other leaders across the firm. I view my role as a facilitator to a strong group of peer professionals; it’s my goal to make everyone around me successful. I\'m also a Senior Project Manager at Stantec. I manage and work on a wide range of environmental projects. I have a diverse background focusing on compliance management, specializing in the areas of storm water, hazardous waste, Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know (EPCRA) reporting, Spill Prevention and Control (SPCC) Plans, air quality, public drinking water supply testing, compliance auditing, and the development of management programs allowing companies to maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. My goal is to provide unique solutions to companies while understanding their business needs. I also have a general knowledge of OSHA health & safety, industrial hygiene, Phase I ESAs, soil & groundwater contamination investigations, ecosystem restoration, cultural resources, wetland delineations, and various natural resource permitting. Born and raised in Green Bay, WI. I spent over eight years in the U.S. Navy after college as a Flight Officer, living across the U.S. and serving overseas. My wife and I have three children, each successful in their own careers. I love the outdoors, enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, and have an affinity for craft beer.
