About Mike Roberts

I am a journeyman lineman with 22 years experience. Although I have experience in all areas of outside electrical construction, my strength lies in Distribution and Transmission maintenance and construction. I have an eye for details, working as a team member, promoting safe work practices. I organize my work, communicate my plans to all crew members and work that plan. All members of a team have an input on how a job is completed, safety is the only goal anything else takes a back seat.As my career moves forward I continue to build for the future. I am planning the next evolution of my life when I decide to give up my tools. I am a CPR and First Aid Instructor, also an authorized OSHA Instructor for 10,20,and 30. My OSHA profile is coded for ET & D. I have obtained the CUSP certification with Transmission and Distribution endorsement. Someones safety department will be my future goal.I have transitioned to Safety. I have taken a full time role in the safety department as of 2018. I cover both field audits as well as working with members of my trade in education and training.
