About Mike Richardson
Cultivating and developing customer relationships as well as high performing teams and teammates is my passion. I began my banking and management career as a lender more than 28 years ago and was given valuable advice early on to gain an understanding of all facets of banking to be effective leading a bank. In my current role as Branch Banking Market Leader for the great states of Arkansas and Missouri and previous role of Regional President of Arkansas, I am responsible for managing all aspects of administration, commercial, business banking and retail banking within the state. Additionally, I am involved in numerous company-wide initiatives and, take pride in helping prepare today’s bankers for tomorrow’s challenges and needs.
