Developed finance team and support the executive leadership team to provide better financial communications to Danaher.Key Achievements • Created and Implemented new financial reporting software (Oracle HFM), allowing the consolidation of over 20 different GL’s across 103 entities. All done with no onsite visits or training due to COVID-19 restrictions. Project was completed 1 month ahead of schedule and under budget.• Developed new financial reports to support global leadership team and moved away from regional and entity based reporting• Write and publish the monthly Presidents letter to report financial results and forecasts to Danaher headquarters, CEO and CFO• Created new consolidated reporting guidelines for all regions and operating companies to create more efficient forecast and actual reporting meetings• Established new templates and protocols to report monthly financial results and forecast changes
