With a career that spans over 20 years, I’ve been fortunate to grow alongside the dynamic mobility and accessibility industry. Starting in the respiratory space in 1995, my journey led me to home healthcare as a mobility consultant, where I gained a deep understanding of the needs of both large-scale providers and the clients we serve. In 2005, I took the entrepreneurial leap as a franchise owner, opening the Belleville location for Motion, and have been part of the company ever since.Throughout my career, I’ve balanced leadership in both Sales and Operations, building a solid foundation in managing teams and delivering results. From the ground up, I’ve honed a unique ability to align business priorities with local needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and delivering an exceptional client experience.Today, as VP of Sales & Operations, I focus on driving operational excellence, implementing strategic growth initiatives, and making meaningful, people-centric changes that enhance both our company’s culture and client satisfaction.
