I’ve worked in the commercial real estate services industry for over 20 years. Built and managed sales and operations teams resulting in long standing relationships supporting growth and sales for each of the 3 companies I’ve worked with. From general contracting maintenance services to electrical, plumbing and janitorial services as well. My view on Leadership is about coaching and strengthening individual teammates. Giving them the support and tools they need to achieve their individual goals. Networked with BOMA, IREM, CREW and IFMA from a committee and board level. Currently moving to Boise, Idaho area to be around family. Also coached baseball for 30 years with 10 years at a Division 1 high school in Southern California
