Maintain the data collection of customer SMF data for storage an analysis through SAS/MXG programs used to populate report generation via BMC AMI, BNC TrueSight and Visualizer. Ad-hoc reporting via Excel spreadsheets and reports on request- Produce and present monthly capacity reports to the client executive team based on key performance indicators detailing current consumption profiles - Complete mainframe performance change tasks as needed. Support ongoing on-call rotation. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meeting as they pertain to capacity.
