Commercial Property Damage Claims. I conduct field inspection of losses, gather an accurate scope of damages, obtain photographs and prepare detailed estimates in Xactimate. I work with contractors, insureds, claimants, consultants, engineers and, at times, public adjusters in an attempt to obtain an agreed scope and cost for repairs. I strive to provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the insured, claimants and clients. I\'m certified through the IICRC in water (WRT) restoration and fire & smoke (FSRT) restoration.
