The Business Owner Transition Academy™ (TBOTA) helps business owners prepare, plan and execute ELITE Exits from their business. We help maximize transaction value and the probability you will exit on your terms. The academy works in two ways. The first is through education. We believe education is the cornerstone to success and utilizing our custom built educational platform, we provide online and live cohort based training to business owners. Training is focused on building company enterprise value using the proprietary I.M.G.O.O.D. Checklist™ and our proven 5-Phase exit process. The second is through directly engaging with our clients through TBOTA Consulting. We use custom assessments of exit readiness, company readiness, and valuation to establish a baseline for the company. Our consultants then work with the owner and the management team to build transferable value for the business. The team will then coordinate internal and external advisors and serve as the owner\'s \"Chief Of Staff\" providing counsel throughout the sales and post-sale coordination phases.Our instructors and consultants are highly credentialed. The TBOTA team member professional credentials include CExP, CPA, CFA, JD and CFP. Working with additional guest faculty from fields such as law, accounting, mergers and acquisition, financial advisory and business valuation, the TBOTA team helps business owners understand options and opportunities to exit their business, maximizing transaction value and the probability of a successful transaction.
