ABOUT MIKE PRADO

Mike Prado joined Hillenbrand Inc.(2020) to create, lead, and sustain a Center Led Global Supply Management organization. While leading Hillenbrand through the Global pandemic, he leveraged standard processes to manage \"total cost\", growth, and innovation with the best suppliers. MIke participates on the Executive Management Team and is an Officer of the company. Retired to an advisor role in 2023, Mike re-joined Hillenbrand as their Chief Transformation Officer in July of 2023 and currently leads continuous improvement teams across the Hillenbrand enterprise. Mike Prado,(Retired) Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for Stanley Black & Decker, was responsible for overseeing Stanley Black & Decker\'s Global Supply Management (GSM) operations. Mr. Prado grew the Supply Management function over a period of two decades to consistently outperform in Productivity, Working Capital, and New Product Development. The GSM team became a Cornerstone for Margin and Velocity year over year through the STANLEY Fulfillment System (SFS Operating system). His international team of over 350 associates, located across 14 Countries were responsible for operational strategy, procurement, sourcing, quality, and logistics.
