I can truly say that I do what I love and love what I do and am eager to connect with others with the same passion. I am passionate about the work that we do for the economy and for our clients. I take pride in helping those with indebtedness to explore options and amicably find a solution. I take every opportunity that I can to help my staff to take pride in what they do and conduct themselves in this manner. My involvement in the receivables industry began 22 years ago as a bill collector. I still remember my first successful collection by name. I’ll never forget him thanking me for helping him through the process. Since that day I have worn many hats. I am fortunate to be a key contributor in managing the most profitable portfolios in the industry, resulting in recovering over $100MM in collections transactions during my professional tenure. My # 1 goal: To continue to build positive relationships in and near the industry further developing networking and synergistic opportunities. My # 1 challenge: Attacking social networking head on!
