Working as part of the new Consulting arm of the business as a Senior Consultant working with key clients (e.g. Boots, Virgin Atlantic) to align to agile principles and ways of working, and build customer centric products. Achievements include- Set up client Product CoP and to share best practice and standards - Reorganised under performing scrum teams to improve effectiveness and reduce staff turnover - Highlighted risks and issues affecting delivery via our Relentless Improvement board and work with the client RTEs and SLT to implement solutions - Improved client demand management processes to give earlier insight to the scrum teams and facilitate moving from project based delivery to product focused delivery - Aligned PI Planning process to SAFe standards - Worked with the MMT consulting team to create a consulting focused account Health Check to manage the governance and effectiveness of engagements - Work closely with client leadership teams to highlight issues and remove impediments to the scrum teams and ensure the right resource and skills are in place to set the teams up for success - Agile coach to the Boots product management function and scrum teams to improve performance across multiple ARTs - Worked as Product Delivery Manager for a housing association to set up a new scrum team to deliver a new customer web portal
