   Mr. Picard holds a bachelor\'s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Rhode Island where he graduated Cum Laude. As a student, he served on the executive board of the University of Rhode Island ASLA. Student Chapter (1995-99), was a senior design studio project manager, and also a teaching assistant. Michael joined the Sudbury Design Group in May 1998, prior to receiving his degree. He has brought his expertise in CAD, site survey, site layout, design and color rendering. He is responsible for the success of implementing and managing the firm\'s network and CAD system and its integration with the total design process. Michael is a registered landscape architect in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is responsible for running the firm’s Cape Cod location. As a project manager, he strives to create unique spaces that encompass both functional and aesthetic qualities. His commitment, technological expertise, quality, and attention to detail make Mr. Picard a valuable member of the Sudbury Design Group team.
